Cascade Properties is an exclusive gated community of Lake View and Lakefront properties in South Lake Tahoe. Cascade Properties is located about 5 miles north of the Y on Highway 89. This is the closest development that there is to Emerald Bay. Cascade Properties is an unincorporated area in El Dorado County.
